World Vegan Month is upon us again for the month of November. As you all well know, we eat meat, but when we do we eat the good stuff – properly reared in the UK with a focus on the life of the animal and decent prices paid to farmers. We like our fair share of seafood, but again want the right stuff – sustainably caught in British waters. The rest of the time we eat a lot of vegetables – for various reasons, including health, wellbeing, ethics and because they’re totally Instagrammable – but mostly because they’re delicious. So come and join us in November and indulge in plant-based dishes like Caramelised sweet potato, grilled avocado, quinoa & tahini sauce or Golden beets with yuzu radish, land cress & almond poppy yoghurt.
